Working on a diverse range of assignments with corporations crossing equally diverse industries, Jane shares her extensive experience gained over 30 plus (plus) years in business. Jane is a seasoned business strategist, and successfully ran a strategy and executive coaching company for 16 years, after which she spent two years as a Director of a leading national advertising agency before joining Magnetic Storm and starting Magnetic Minds.
In her quest to make a difference and guide individuals to their true north, Magnetic Minds was launched in 2018 to guide companies and leaders to find flow. Combining talents in strategy, business coaching, and team dynamics, coupled with collaborating with world futurist and her mentor, Roger James Hamilton and globally renowned Entrepreneurs Institute, their team offers new thinking and dynamic tools to unlock potential. As a collective, they find the flow within teams and organisations through unlocking natural talents. With clear focus on people and processes, they support the improvement of organisational performance. They encourage talents. They encourage new thinking. They encourage accountability. They celebrate success, learn from the experiences and continue to grow.
Jane’s role as Director for Magnetic Storm, sees her co-leading the company’s vision and strategy to strengthen and harness its reputation and offering. Her passion for people development, innovation and dynamic thinking is her driving force.
It doesn’t stop there… Currently the Vice Chairman of Exporters Eastern Cape , Jane was introduced to the organisation following running a strategy session for the organisation to improve its offering to members. In 2012, Jane was named South Africa’s Most Influential Businesswomen in the SME category by CEO magazine. She has also been a member of the Board and EXCO of the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber. In fact, she made history when she was the first woman to be elected to an office bearer role when she served as Deputy President for two years. In 2018 she was re-elected onto the Board. Jane served two terms as Chairman of Businesswomen’s Association and held an independent seat on the National Board after her tenure. In her younger years, Jane also served on the boards of Childline, AIESEC and various other organisations. She currently is :
